Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics)

BE001
  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC).
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Mechanical)

BE002
  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Mechanical Engineering (ME).
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science)

  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS).

  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Civil Engineering (CE).

  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Electrical Engineering (EE).
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or allied subjects as an elective or core subject in any semester, with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Mechanical Engineering (ME).
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Architecture)

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university and a valid Registration Certificate from the Council of Architecture. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Architecture & Planning (AR).

  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess a valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Civil Engineering (CE).
